What Does C2 Certification Mean?
A C2-certified drone can weigh up to 4kg, including its payload, and is designed for safe use in various environments.

This certification indicates the drone has met the necessary standards under the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945, which is part of the CE marking system.

With a C2-certified drone, you can:

  • Fly confidently knowing your drone meets European safety standards.
  • Operate within 50 meters of people, or even 5 meters with low-speed mode.
  • Legally fly in the Open A2 category, ideal for professional and hobby use in urban and suburban areas.
  • Ensure your drone’s safety features like altitude limits, speed control, and power safety keep you and others protected.
